摘  要:为了解决特殊液体输送过程中阀门自动开关和开关过程无泄漏的问题,开发设计了基于三相交流异步电动机技术和行星齿轮传动技术的屏蔽式电机驱动装置。利用力学分析方法对驱动装置的薄弱环节轴承进行了受力分析。通过更改轴承型号,解决轴承承载能力差的问题。利用效率分析法对驱动装置的反向自锁问题进行了研究,同时给出了保证反向自锁应采取的措施。设计了基于PLC和变频器的控制系统,能够保证阀门开关的可靠性。实际应用证明所设计的驱动装置能够满足生产实际自动开关阀门的需要。Shielded motor drive system was designed based on three-phase AC inducting motors and planetary gear drive technology to solve the problem of the valve switched automatically and non leakage in the special liquid delivery process.The bearing force was analyzed using mechanics analysis method.The problem of poor bearing capacity could be solved by changing the bearing model.Reverse self-locking of the drive device was researched by efficiency analysis method,and the measures were given to ensure the self-locking.Control system based on PLC and inverter was designed to ensure the reliability of the valve switch.It was concluded that the device could meet the needs of the actual production.
