摘 要:目的探讨白藜芦醇对哮喘小鼠磷脂酶A_2活性和气道炎症的影响。方法采用卵清蛋白(OVA)刺激,建立小鼠哮喘模型,测定哮喘小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞总数及嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)计数;紫外分光光度法测定肺组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量;盐酸滴定法测定肺组织和血清中磷脂酶A_2活性。结果白藜芦醇能显著减少哮喘模型小鼠BALF中白细胞总数及EOS计数,减少肺组织中PGE2含量,降低磷脂酶A_2活性。结论白藜芦醇对哮喘小鼠有保护作用,可能与其降低磷脂酶A_2活性、减轻炎性细胞浸润、减少炎症介质PGE2的产生有关。Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on the PLA2 activity and airway inflammation in asthmatic mice. Methods The asthmatic model was induced by ovalbumin provocation in mice. The number of total leukocytes and eosinophils( EOS) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( BALF) was counted. The PGE2 content in lung tissue was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The PLA2 activities of lung tissue and serum were assayed by the hydrochloric acid titration method. Results The inflammatory cells in BALF,the PGE2 content and the PLA2 activity in resveratrol-treated group were significantly lower than that of the model group. Conclusion Resveratrol displays a protective effect in asthmatic mice,which may be related to reduction of the inflammatory cell infiltration,the PGE2 content and the PLA2 activity.
