HPLC同时测定人参五味子颗粒中3种人参皂苷含量

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定人参五味子颗粒中人参皂苷Rg1,Re,Rb1含量的方法.方法：色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为203 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃.结果：人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.160-3.200μg（r=0.9997）、人参皂苷Re进样量在0.216-4.320μg（r=0.9999）、人参皂苷Rb1进样量在0.274-5.480μg（r=0.9993）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.63%（RSD=1.13%）,98.26%（RSD=1.17%）,98.74%（RSD=1.07%）.结论：本方法简单、准确,专属性强,重复性好,能同时测定人参五味子颗粒中3种人参皂苷含量.Objective： To develop a HPLC method for simultane determination of the contents of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in ginseng fruit. Methods： HPLC was performed on agilent eclipse XDB-C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water aqueous solution by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 203 nm, while the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results： Good linear relationships were obtained within the range of 0.160-3.200μg （r = 0.999 7）, 0.216 - 4.320 μg （r = 0.999 9）and 0.274- 5.480 μg （r = 0.999 3）for Ginsenoside Rgl,Ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1, while the average recovery rates were 98.63% （RSD = 1.13%）, 98.26% （RSD = 1.17%）and 98.74% （RSD = 1.07% ）, respectively. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, specific, reproducible and may be used for simultaneous determination of contents of three Ginsenosides in ginseng fruit.
