摘 要:目的:探讨采用增视能视觉训练系统对不同年龄段弱视儿童进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月至2015年6月在德州市妇幼保健院眼科中心采用增视能视觉训练系统治疗的120例(228眼)患儿作为研究组,选取同期采用传统遮盖疗法治疗的120例(230眼)作为对照组,均在治疗1个疗程(3个月)后,对比治疗效果。结果对于3~5岁儿童,研究组的总有效率93.75%与对照组的87.00%比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);6~8岁和9~13岁儿童,研究组的总有效率90.28%、76.67%均显著高于对照组的78.38%、57.14%,且差异均具有统计学意义(χ2值分别为3.893、5.092,均P<0.05)。对于3~5岁、6~8岁儿童,研究组和对照组的总有效率均显著高于9~13岁儿童的研究组和对照组(χ2值分别为4.696、5.320、4.371、4.425,均P<0.05);治疗结束后,6~8岁和9~13岁儿童研究组的P-VEP P100峰潜时均显著低于对照组( t值分别为3.185、2.841,均P<0.05),研究组的P-VEPP 100振幅均显著高于对照组(t值分别为4.489、2.613,均P<0.05)。结论对于≥6岁的儿童,增视能视觉训练系统较传统方法的治疗效果更好;采用增视能视觉训练系统对<9岁儿童的效果优于≥9岁儿童。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of visual training system on different aged children with amblyopia .Methods Totally 120 children (228 eyes) with amblyopia during June 2012 to June 2015 in Maternity and Child Care Center of Dezhou City were assigned to study group and treated with visual training system , while 120 children (230 eyes) in the same period were assigned to control group and treated with traditional occlusion therapy .The therapeutic effect between two groups was compared after a course of treatment (3 months). Results For the children aged 3 to 5 years, the total effective rate of the study group was 93.75% and that of the control group was 87.00%.The difference was not statistically significant ( P〉0.05).For the children aged 6 to 8 years and 9 to 13 years, the total effective rates of the study group were 90.28%and 76.67%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 78.38%and 57.14%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant (χ2 value was 3.893 and 5.092, respectively, both P〈0.05).Among children aged 3 to 5 years and 6 to 8 years, the total effective rate of the study group and the control group were significantly higher than that of the group for 9 to 13 years old (χ2 value was 4.696, 5.320, 4.371 and 4.425, respectively, all P〈0.05).After the treatment, in children aged 6 to 8 years and 9 to 13 years, the peak latency of P-VEP P100 of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t value was 3.185 and 2.841, respectively, both P〈0.05).And the P-VEP P100 amplitude of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t value was 4.489 and 2.613, respectively, both P〈0.05).Conclusion For children above 6 years, the therapeutic effect of visual training system is better than that of conventional therapy .Visual training system for the children with amblyopia under 9 years is more effective than that for 9 years and older .
