慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者红细胞分布宽度、超敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者体内红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及临床意义。方法选择2014年1月-2015年6月本院呼吸内科收治的106例COPD患者作为观察组,分别检测患者治疗前、后RDW、hs-CRP水平,另选取100例健康体检者作为对照组;对观察组治疗前、治疗后及对照组RDW和hs-CRP水平两两之间分别进行t检验;对观察组RDW、hs-CRP水平进行相关性分析。结果 COPD患者治疗前、后RDW和hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);COPD患者治疗前RDW和hs-CRP水平显著高于治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);COPD患者体内RDW与hs-CRP水平存在一定相关性(r=0.458,P<0.01)。结论 COPD患者RDW、hs-CRP水平均有显著升高,可能与疾病的严重程度有关。Objective To investigate the levels of red blood cell distribution width（ RDW） and high sensitive C reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） and its clinical significance. Methods 106 COPD patients were selected as the observation group from January 2014 to June 2015 in respiratory department of our hospital,and their RDW,hs-CRP levels were detected before treatment and after treatment; 100 healthy cases were collected as the control group. The RDW and hs-CRP levels in the observation group before and after treatment and the control group were conducted for t test. The relationship between RDW and hs-CRP levels in the observation group was carried out for correlation analysis. Results RDW and hs-CRP levels before and after treatment in patients with COPD were significantly higher than those of the control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）; RDW and hs-CRP levels before treatment were significantly higher than that after treatment with the differences statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）; there was a certain correlation between RDW and hs-CRP levels in COPD patients（ r = 0. 458,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The levels of RDW and hs-CRP increased in the patients with COPD,which may be related to the severity of disease.
