摘 要:目的了解3起学校诺如病毒突发疫情的分子流行病学特征,分析诺如病毒疫情的基因型。方法采用实时荧光定量反转录PCR检测标本诺如病毒RNA,阳性标本进行逆转录PCR扩增、电泳、测序和进化树分析。结果 3起学校疫情的17份肛拭子样本中,诺如病毒GⅡ型阳性12份。10株疫情病毒经序列测定和比对,均为GⅡ.17亚型;与来自Gen Bank数据库的GⅡ.17亚型NV参考株相似性均在98%以上;系统发生树上与GⅡ.17基因亚型在一个进化分支上,属于GⅡ.17基因亚型。结论 GⅡ.17型诺如病毒将是今后疾病预防控制机构进行长效监测和防控的重点。Objective To understand the molecular epidemiological characteristics of three cases of norovirus outbreaks in school and analyze the genotypes of norovirus. Methods Real-time fluorescent RT-PCR was used to detect RNA of the samples,and the positive samples were conducted for RT-PCR amplification,electrophoresis,sequencing and phylogenetic tree analysis. Results In 17 anal swab samples from 3 school outbreaks,12 samples were norovirus GⅡ type. 10 strains of virus,by sequencing and comparison,were GⅡ. 17 subtype; similarity with GⅡ. 17 reference strains from Gen Bank database were more than 98%; basing on GⅡ. 17 subtypes evolutionary branch in phylogenetic tree,belonging to GⅡ. 17 subtype. Conclusion Suggesting that GⅡ. 17 will be the focus of long-term monitoring and prevention for disease control and prevention institutions in the future.
