摘 要:目的研究黑果枸杞(LyciumruthenicumMurr.)果实的化学成分及其对缺氧缺糖(oxygen—glueosedeprivation,OGD)损伤PCI2细胞的保护作用。方法采用D101型大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS、SephadexLH-20柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等多种色谱方法分离纯化.根据理化常数以及NMR等波谱学方法鉴定其结构,并采用MTF法测定其对OGD损伤的PCI2细胞的保护作用。结果从黑果枸杞果实的体积分数65%乙醇提取物中共分离得到了11个化合物,分别是:p.hydroxyphenethyltrans—ferulate(1),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaempferol3-D-β-D—glucopyranoside)(2),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin3-O-β-D—glueopyranoside)(3),紫丁香苷(syringin)(4),槲皮素(5),咖啡酸乙酯(6),p-香豆酸(7),阿魏酸(8),2,6-bis(1-phe—nylethyl)phenol(9),正三十二烷(10)和胡萝卜串(11)。结论其中化合物1~4,6,9和10为首次从该种植物中分离得到;化合物1—8对0GD损伤的PCI2细胞有一定的保护作用。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Lycium ruthenlcum Murr. METHODS The com- pounds were isolated by various chromatographic methods including macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography, and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and physico- chemical methods. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated from the 65% ethanol extract of the fruits of Lycium ruthenicun Mum.. , and their structures were identified as p-hydroxyphenethyl trans-ferulate (1) , kaempferol 3-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (2) , quer- cetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ), syringin ( 4 ), quercetin ( 5 ) , ethyl caffeate ( 6), p-eoumarie acid ( 7 ) , ferulic acid ( 8 ), 2,6-his (1-phenylethyl) phenol(9) , dotriacontane(10) , and daueosterol( ll ). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 -4, 6, 9, and 10 are for the first time isolated from Lycium ruthenicum Mum'. Compounds 1 - 8 show moderate protective effects on OGD-induced PCI2 cell lines.
