农民工社会资本对其职业技能投资决策的影响研究

摘　　要：本文首先构建了农民工社会资本影响其是否以及如何进行职业技能投资的分析框架,并讨论了农民工社会资本的城乡结构及其影响差异,其次利用2014年浙江省调查数据,通过IV-Probit模型(以兄弟姐妹数量和老家是否在山区为工具变量)等方法进了实证检验。研究发现,农民工社会资本促进了农民工进行职业技能投资,特别是强化了他们对师徒制的选择。农民工城镇型社会资本对其职业技能投资的积极影响强于乡村型。因此,应通过新型城镇化加快农民工社会资本的城镇化重构,从而促进其人力资本发展,为中国经济结构转型升级提供劳动力素质保障。This paper constructed an analytic framework about the effect of social capital of migrant workers on the return of human capital based on the social capital and labor market theory. QEM and ordered Logit approaches were used for the empirical examination of the moderating effect of social capital in the relationship between human capital and wage. The results show that social capital of migrant workers has a positive impact on their human capital return,through strengthening of information transfer and easing employment discrimination. Moreover,the positive effect of trust and reciprocity are stronger than social network. The urban social capital has a positive impact on the return of human capital,which is stronger than that of rural social capital.
