摘　　要：机关党建是全面从严治党的关键环节。当前,机关党建存在地位"弱化"、工作"虚化"、责任"淡化"、方法"老化"、体制不顺、机制不活等问题。开创机关党建新局面,要求切实把机关党的工作摆上应有位置,发挥机关党委在党管干部中的重要作用,有效开展严肃的机关党内政治生活和党内监督,建立科学的机关党建领导体制与工作机制,以方法创新推动机关党建。Party construction is a key link in the process of Comprehensive governing Party organs. At present,problems of Party construction exist in administrative position ＂ weakening＂,work ＂ pompous＂,responsibility ＂ decreased＂,method ＂ aging＂. In addition,there is the system is not smooth,the mechanism is not alive,and other issues. In order to create a new situation in the party building,we should effectively put the Party committee of the work of the position,attach great importance to the important role of Party committees in the Party cadres,effectively carry out the serious political life of Party and the inner-Party supervision,establish a scientific mechanism of Party building leadership system and work mechanism through the method of innovation to promote the party building.
