摘　　要：作为一次能量巨大的新技术革命,"互联网+"推动思维方式、生产方式、生活方式全面变革,为产业转型升级提供了强大的技术手段,同时也加剧了新常态下中国产业转型升级的压力与紧迫性。目前,中部地区推进"互联网+"在思想观念、基础设施、政策环境、发展思路等方面存在一些关键问题,需要政府提高认识、转变思路,从软硬两方面营造"互联网+"顺利推进的良好环境;需要各行各业积极推进关键链条与环节的数据化、在线化,提高生产效率,提升产品品质,丰富产业业态,实现转型升级。As a powerful new technology revolution, ＂ Internet ＋＂ has been changing deeply the way of thinking,production,lifestyles,and increasing the pressure of the transformation and upgrading of the industries in China. To promote the ＂ Internet ＋＂,there are some key problems in ideas,infrastructure,policy environment,development ways in the central region. For the smooth progress of the ＂ Internet ＋＂,the government needs to raise awareness,change idea,to create a good environment from the hard and soft two aspects. In addition,the enterprise need to actively promote key chain with links of data online.
