摘 要:以2m^3矿用混凝土输送车为研究对象,采用微积分的方法推导了满载工作状态下搅拌筒结构的尺寸参数与驱动阻力矩之间的数学关系表达式。以驱动阻力矩的值最小为目标,运用MATLAB中基于内点(interior point)优化算法的fmincon函数对搅拌筒结构参数进行优化,得到了最优的结构参数,并采用CFD分析软件对优化前后两种搅拌筒结构的内部流场进行仿真分析,比较验证了优化方法和仿真结果的正确性。结果表明:优化后的搅拌筒驱动阻力矩降低了14.7%,优化效果明显。Taking the 2 m^3 of mining concrete transport vehicle as the research object, the mathematical expression between structural parameters and driving resisting torque for mixing drum under the full load was deduced by calculus. With the goal of the minimum driving resisting torque, the fmineon function based on interior point algorithm in MATLAB was used to optimize the structural parameters of mixing drum, and the optimal parameter was obtained. Furthermore, the CFD software was applied to analyze the inner flow field of mixing drums before and after optimization, as well as to compare and verify the optimal method and the correctness of simulation results. The results showed that the driving resisting torque of mixing drums after optimization was decreased by 14.7%, with a good effect.
