摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋cT尿路成像(MSCTU)平扫与增强扫描用于泌尿系统先天畸形诊断的临床价值的差异。方法回顾性分析2011年5月至2016年2月泌尿系统先天畸形患者83例MSCTU平扫与增强扫描影像学资料,比较MSCTU两种扫描方式诊断泌尿系统先天畸形的准确率。结果MSCTU增强扫描不同期相用于诊断肾先天畸形准确率显著高于平扫,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);MSCTU增强扫描不同期相用于诊断集合系统及输尿管先天畸形准确率显著高于平扫,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论MSCTU增强扫描不同期相用于泌尿系统先天畸形诊断价值优于常规平扫,可作为临床首选影像学检查方式。Objective To investigate the clinical value differences of scan and enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of urinary system. Methods The imaging data of scan and enhanced scan of MSCTU of 83 patients with congenital malformation of urinary system were ret- rospectively analyzed in the period from May 2011 to February 2016 and the accuracy of scan and en- hanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of urinary system were compared. Results The accuracy of enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of kidney were significant higher than scan of MSCTU (P 〈0. 05 ). The accuracy of enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of collection system and ureter were significant higher than scan of MSCTU (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Compared with scan of MSCTU, enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of urinary system has the higher accuracy and can be used as clinical preferred imaging examination method.
