摘　　要：急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病(AGEP)为急性全身性发疹样脓疱性皮肤病,临床特点为红斑基础上出现非毛囊性、无菌性脓疱;可发生于任何年龄,药物是其最主要病因。文中对该病的概念、流行病学、病因、发病机制、临床表现、组织病理学、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗等方面进行了论述和总结。Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis（ AGEP） is a skin disease with acute generalized exanthematous pustules,which is mainly characterized by the rapid development of non-follicular,sterile pustules on the basis of erythema. This disease could occur at any age,and medications is the one of most common causes. This paper discussed and summarized its definition,epidemiology,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,histopathological features,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatments.
