摘  要:目的识别、分析和评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,为建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采取类比法、检查表分析法、综合分析法相结合的原则对该项目进行分析评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、建筑卫生学、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病危害防护设施、个人防护用品、应急救援设施及事故应急预案等基本符合国家有关规定,但辅助卫生设施、警示标识和职业卫生管理还有待改进;可比性较高的类比企业检测结果显示联合泵棚的噪声强度超过85 d B(A),船甲板采样口(质检员采样时)的溶剂汽油和苯浓度超标,其他职业病危害因素均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目,但如能认真落实拟采取的职业病危害防护措施和补充措施,做好个人防护,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。Objective To identify,analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards possibly existed in the expand construction project,provide necessary suggestion and strategy of preventing occupational diseases. Methods Analogy,checklist and comprehensive were adopted in this article to analyze. Results The items of site selection,overall layout,equipment layout,protective measures on occupational disease,personal protective equipment,emergency measures and others basically conformed to the relater national standard. But hygiene equipment of auxiliary,warning signs and occupational health management should be improved; however,according to the test results from some similar corporations,the noise intensity of the combined pump- sheds was higher than 85 d B( A). Also,solvent naphtha sample and benzene concentration samples collected from the boat deck outlet( inspector's samples) exceed the limit rate respectively while the other potential hazards of occupational diseases were below the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Though it is a construction projects prone to result in occupational diseases,it is feasible that there is a strict implementation of occupational hazard protection measures and additional measures,proper personal protection.
