摘 要:目的分析评价某水泥用露天石灰岩矿山的职业病危害现状,为职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法对该矿山进行职业病危害现状评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有石灰石粉尘、噪声、高温、局部振动、电焊烟尘、氮氧化合物及一氧化碳,其中最主要是石灰石粉尘、噪声。检测结果显示,噪声等效声级合格率为100.0%,粉尘超限倍数合格率为100.0%,所有检测点职业病危害因素均符合国家卫生标准。结论应加强对噪声、粉尘危害的管理,减少或消除职业病危害的发生。Objective To analyze and assess the current situation of occupational hazards in an open- pit limestone mine,and provide the scientific basis for occupational diseases control and prevention. Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation,occupational hygiene measurement,occupational health examination and checklist were applied for assessment on current situation of occupational hazards. Results The occupational hazard factors in the production process of the project included limestone dust,noise,high temperature,local vibration,electric welding dust,nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide,the main factors were limestone dust and noise. The test results showed,the qualified rate of equivalent continuous sound pressure level was 100. 0%,the qualified rate of dust overrun multiple was 100. 0%,occupational hazards of all checking points were in line with occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The management of noise and dust hazards should be strengthened,to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of occupational hazards.
