摘 要:目的了解吉林省不同地区家蝇对常用3种杀虫剂的抗性状态,为研究防制对策及合理有效使用杀虫剂提供参考。方法采用点滴法对长春市、通化市和四平市3个地区家蝇的半数致死剂量进行测定。结果长春市、通化市和四平市野外家蝇种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和敌敌畏的LD50分别为0.021 1~0.068 8、0.049 8~0.224 4、和0.101 0~0.174 8μg/♀。与文献报道的敏感品系试虫进行比较,3个地区野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别为6.59~20.88、8.74~39.37和0.54~0.93。结论长春市、通化市和四平市野外家蝇种群已对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生不同程度的抗性,应采取科学的方法使用杀虫剂,控制家蝇抗性增长。Objective To investigate the resistance of musca domestica to three insecticides in different areas of Jilin province for providing reference for scientific application of insecticides. Methods Topical application method was used to test the medium lethal quantity of musca domestica in Changchun,Tonghua and Siping. Results The LD50 values of the field population musca domestica to deltamethrin,beta- cypermethrin and DDVP were 0. 021 1- 0. 068 8,0. 049 8- 0. 224 4and 0. 101 0- 0. 174 8 μg / ♀ respectively in Changchun,Tonghua and Siping city. In comparison with the susceptible strain reported in literature,the resistance ratios of the field population musca domestica to deltamethrin,beta- cypermethrin and DDVP were 6. 59- 20. 88,8. 74- 39. 37 and 0. 54- 0. 93 fold respectively in these three areas. Conclusion The field population Musca domestica in Changchun,Tonghua and Siping city has different degree of resistance to deltamethrin and beta- cypermethrin,It is necessary to use insecticides scientifically,and limit the resistance development of musca domestica to insecticide.
