摘　　要：大量欧式商品房的建设破坏了古城风貌,为此,有必要探索和研究适宜该地区住宅建设的空间语境与建筑形式,使之与传统风貌相协调,并能适应市场需求。课题选址于临海国家级历史文化名城,在分析临海城市特质、传统街区空间形态以及传统民居空间、外观,归纳总结该地区地域街坊特征和建筑特色的基础上,采用"叠合"的手法,探索了与古城风貌相协调的现代居住空间、形态和建筑外观设计。Large number of residential development like European buildings have significant impact on the image of an ancient city. So, it is necessary to explore and research the spatial context and architectural form which is suitable in this region, in harmony with the traditional style, and adapt to the market demand. This subject features the famous historical and cultural city-Linhai, it analyzed the city＇ s characteristics, traditional block, dwelling＇ s space and the appearance, summarized the regional architecture and neighborhood characteristics, based on this, it puts forward the ＂ overlap ＂concept, include the overlap of life style, space form＇ s and architectural aesthetics and facade. It also explores a modern living space, form and architecture appeara^ce ~n harmol^y with ~he ancient! city.
