城市新大学毕业生租房状况研究——以在合肥就业的新大学毕业生为例

摘　　要：新大学毕业生作为城市中一日益明晰的社会群体,其租房现状及存在问题有一定的特殊性。通过对在合肥就业新大学毕业生的实证研究,分析合肥地区新大学毕业生的基本特征,总结其租房现状及存在问题。认为在合肥就业的新大学毕业生具有本省本地人多、恋校情阅历浅、年龄集未婚多、收入低结余少、流动性显著等特征。将租房现状及存在问题总结为群租现象明显、租住分布集中、房源与房租不稳定、难以享受政策等。As a specific social group in cities, new college graduates＇ conditions and existing problems of renting houses have their own characteristics. Through the empirical research of new college graduates in Hefei, it analyses basic characteristics of new college graduates in Hefei, summarizes their conditions and existing problems of renting houses. It deems new college graduates in Hefei have five features： loading with natives of Anhui and Hefei. college complex and less experience, similar age group and loading with singles, low income and little surplus, high liquidity. Conditions and existing problems of renting houses are summarized in four aspects： sharing an apartment, living intensively, volatile inventory and rent, inconformity with policy.
