摘 要:介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司炼油厂应用GARDES工艺技术建设的汽油加氢脱硫装置在生产国Ⅴ汽油期间的关键工艺参数及优化措施,包括分馏单元轻、重汽油切割点的选择和分馏精度的控制、加氢脱硫单元各参数的控制。结果表明,对GARDES工艺技术中关键工艺参数进行优化控制,可以在满足脱硫和降烯烃的基本要求的同时,达到降低研究法辛烷值损失和低能耗运行的目的。可由硫质量分数约95μg/g、烯烃体积分数约40%的原料生产出硫质量分数低于12μg/g、烯烃体积分数低于29%的汽油产品,同时,产品的辛烷值损失约为1.2单位,装置能耗约为698.1 MJ/t,为长期稳定生产国Ⅴ汽油积累了经验。Here introduced is the application of GARDES process by the refinery of Petro China Daqing Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. to produce Guo Ⅴ standard gasoline in its gasoline hydrogenation unit as well as optimization of process parameters,including selection of cutting point of light and heavy oil distillates and control of various parameters of the hydrogen desulfurization unit. The results show that the optimization and careful control of key process parameters in GARDES process can meet the basic requirements of desulfurization and olefin reduction and achieve the low octane number loss and low energy consumption. The gasoline with lower than 12 ppm sulfur and lower than 29% olefins can be produced from feedstock with about 95 ppm sulfur and 40% olefins,the product's octane number loss is about 1. 2 units,and the energy consumption of the unit is about 698. 1 MJ / t. Rich experience has been obtained for the long-term stable production of Guo Ⅴ standard gasoline.
