摘 要:用超声波-醇提法提取积雪草中总黄酮,研究了HP2MGL树脂分离纯化积雪草总黄酮的工艺条件。结果表明:在上样为体积30 m L、上样速率1.2 m L/min、上样浓度为0.0266 mg/m L、用50%的甲醇洗脱、洗脱速率为1.2 m L/min的条件下,积雪草总黄酮的吸附率为85%,解吸率为81%,得到的固体纯度为81%。The total flavonoids in centella asiatica is extracted by the ultrasonic-alcohol method and purified by the macroporous resin. The results show that the volume of the macroporous resin is 20 m L, sample rate was 1.2 m L/min, sample volume is 30 m L, sample concentration is 0.0266 mg/m L, concentration of elution solution is 50% methanol solution, elution rate is 1.2 m L/min, the absorption rate of the total flavonoids of Centella asiatica is 85% and the desorption rate of the total flavonoids of Centella asiatica is 81%, in this condition the purity of the solid is 81%. HP2 MGL macroporous resin has a good effect on the purition of total flavonoids in centella asiatica.
