摘 要:选择和培育综合性状优良、配合力好的香稻亲本,对提高杂交水稻香稻育种至关重要。花香A是四川省农业科学院生物技术核技术研究所通过航天育种技术培育而成的优良香稻不育系,其配制的组合米质优、香味浓。为了探究花香A香味产生的原因,本研究鉴定了花香A香味基因的类型,研究了遗传规律和表达模式等,发现其香味基因类型为Badh2-E7,香味基因Badh2在花香A中表达量较低,在花香A/川恢907的F2代不同纯合单株中表达水平存在明显差异;实验还证明了标记FMbadh2-E7可高效鉴别出不同基因型。本研究为通过分子标记辅助育种技术,应用花香A香味基因培育优质杂交香稻奠定了坚实的基础。花香A在杂交水稻育种中展现出更广阔的应用前景。Selecting divers lines having good aroma,wider adaptability,high productivity with good general and specific combining ability is a key for aromatic hybrid rice breeding programme.Huaxiang A is a male sterile line with good grain quality and strong aroma developed by Institute of Biotechnology and Nuclear Technology,Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences by aerospace breeding technology.In order to trace the aroma in Huaxiang A,we identified the type of fragrance gene in Huaxiang A was Badh2-E7,and found that expression level of this fragrance gene was significantly reduced in Huaxiang A than in non-fragrant rice variety Nipponbare.The transcriptional level differences in the F2 population of Huaxiang A/Chuanhui 907 cross were found significant.We also proved that FMbadh2-E7,a functional marker reported earlier,can be applied in different genotypes.This research provides a foundation for aromatic hybrid rice breeding involving Huaxiang A by molecular marker assistant selection technology.Huaxiang A shows a broad application prospects in hybrid rice breeding.
