摘 要:为了发掘更多的小麦白粉病抗性种质资源,利用我国当前白粉菌流行小种E09和E20分别对241份小麦材料进行苗期白粉病抗性鉴定,同时利用与Pm8、Pm2、Pm4a、Pm21、Pm30和Pm38基因连锁的分子标记检测其分布情况。结果表明,在供试241份小麦材料中,单抗E09、单抗E20以及兼抗E09和E20的材料分别占9.5%,20.7%和12.4%。携带抗病基因Pm38和Pm30的材料较多,分别有59份和40份,携带抗病基因Pm8、Pm21、Pm2和Pm4a的材料偏少,分别有10、2、13和10份,携带两个或两个以上抗病基因的材料很少,尤其在育成品种中更少。综合分析抗性表现与分子标记检测结果,除携带Pm21基因的2份材料对E09和E20均表现抗病外,携带其它抗病基因的材料与E09和E20的抗性没有必然的关系。To provide m ore wheat germplasms for powdery mildew resistance breeding,two hundred and forty one wheat varieties were inoculated with pathotypes E09 and E20,respectively,on seedling to characterize the resistance to powdery mildew,and molecular markers linked to powdery mildew resistance genes Pm8,Pm2,Pm4 a,Pm21,Pm30 and Pm38 were used to detect the presence of the individual resistance gene.Of the 241 varieties,the resistant varieties to both E09 and E20,only E09,and only E20 accounted for 9.5%,20.7% and12.4%,respectively.Molecular detection showed that the varieties carried the gene Pm38 and Pm30 were more with their numbers 59 and 40,and 10,2,13 and 10 varieties carried the gene Pm8,Pm21,Pm2 and Pm4 a,respectively.The varieties carried two genes were very few,and fewer in improved varieties.Combined the resistance reaction with the molecular detection,the correlation was not discovered between resistance genes and the resistance to E09 or E20 except Pm21.
