摘 要:本研究拟建立金龙胆草中无机元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)分析方法,并比较不同生境中金龙胆草元素含量。样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-AES法检测无机元素含量,并用SPSS20软件分析数据的相关性。检测了金龙胆草中的12种无机元素,并发现以下4个特征结果:①其中有害重金属Cr和Cd的含量低于检出限0.5 mg/kg,因此金龙胆草符合药用植物安全标准;②P、K、Ca、Mg和Na含量较高,Mn、Zn、Cu、Al和Fe含量较低,然而不同生境的金龙胆草中Al含量差异较大。③相关性分析显示有18对元素呈现相关性,Ca和其他元素呈负相关性,且Ca与Zn呈显著负相关;④各样品中Fe/Mn含量比值较高,证明金龙胆草是寒凉性中草药,所含无机元素在金龙胆草药效发挥的过程中起着协同作用。本研究揭示金龙胆草中无机元素与金龙胆草生理、药效的关系,从而为金龙胆草最适产地的生境指标和金龙胆草药材或饮片的质量控制及安全性评价,提供科学的参考依据。To establish a method for simultaneous analysis on the inorganic elements in Conyza blinii H.Lév by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum(ICP-AES) and compare the inorganic elements in Conyza blinii H.Lév. between different biotopes. The sample solutions were analyzed by ICP-AES after microwave digestion. The data of correlations was analyzed with the SPSS20 software. 12 inorganic elements in Conyza blinii H.Lév. were determined, and the following 4 characteristics were found; ①The contents of Cr and Cd were lower than the detection limit of 0.5 mg/kg, and so Conyza blinii H.Lév meets the safety standard of medicinal plants. ②The contents of P, K, Ca, Mg and Na were abundant, while the contents of Mn, Zn, Cu, Al and Fe were insufficient.And the contents of Al in the different biotopes of the Conyza blinii H.Lév were different. ③ The correlation analysis showed that 18 pairs of elements had correlation(8 pairs had significant correlation, while 10 pairs had extremely significant correlation), and the contents of Ca had negative correlation with the other elements and had significant negative correlation with the contents of Zn. ④As the result of contents ratio of Fe to Mn was high over the 5 samples, Conyza blinii H.Lév was a traditional Chinese medicine which was cold. The inorganic elements played a synergistic effect in the process of the medicinal effect of the Conyza blinii H.Lév. This study showed the relationship between the inorganic elements in Conyza blinii H.Lév and both the physiology and pharmacological properties of Conyza blinii H.Lév, thereby provided scientific reference for the most suitable biotope index origin for Conyza blinii H.Lév and both the quality control and safety evaluation of Conyza blinii H.Lév.
