摘  要:本研究选取分布在我国东部地区的15个柳杉(Cryptomeria)优良无性系,以2年生的扦插苗开展耐盐性试验。通过盐胁迫处理,观测了柳杉不同无性系在盐胁迫后植株的形态状况和生理指标变化,及分析柳杉无性系间的耐盐性差异。根据综合盐害指数(SI)、每个无性系的耐最高土壤盐浓度以及生理指标的隶属函数值,得出这15个柳杉无性系的耐盐性能力差异排名为:57#>68#>11#>011#>66#>70#>54#>8#>52#>25#>74#>7#>59#>65#>3#。通过此项研究,可筛选出适宜沿海山地种植的耐盐性较强的柳杉无性系,为今后的分子标记辅助育种的实验提供理论依据。In this research, we selected 15 two-year-old cutting seedlings of different clones of Cryptomeria from the eastern part of China as the tested materials. It was observed that there were different changes among different salt-stressed clones in both morphological and physiological aspects. In addition, we also analyzed the difference of clones of Cryptomeriain salt tolerance. According to the analysis of the SI, the highest tolerance of salt concentration in soil and the fuzzy membership function of physiological indexes, the order of the salt tolerance capacity of the 15 clones was 57#>68#>11#>011#>66#>70#>54#>8#>52#>25#>74#>7#>59#>65#>3#. This study may help to select out those clones of Cryptomeria with high salt tolerance, which are suitable to be planted in the mountain area near the sea. What is more, it also provided theoretical proof for experiments on molecular marker-assisted breeding in future.
