摘 要:氰化物是一种剧毒物质,能够通过口服、吸入等方式引发中毒,因此关于氰化物检测的研究一直以来都受到了广泛重视。本文对氰化物的定性检测、半定量检测方法进行概述总结,并就氰化物定量检测方法的最新进展进行综述,主要归纳了光谱法、色谱法、电化学法等不同氰化物定量检测方法的原理、特点以及应用领域,重点在于对比不同方法的线性范围、检测限、回收率、RSD以及相关系数;同时进一步对不同方法的定量检测结果进行系统比较,包括方法的选择性、仪器的灵敏度、分离效果以及与其他检测技术的联用情况,最后对氰化物定量检测方法在药物分析中的发展趋势进行讨论和展望。Cyanide is a kind of toxic substances which can lead to poisoning by oral administration and inhalation. Therefore, the research of cyanide detection has been receiving increasing attention. This paper summarized the qualitative detection and semi-quantitative detection methods of cyanide and the latest development of cyanide quantitative detection methods, including spectroscopic studies, chromatography, electrochemical processes, and other aspects of quantitative detection method. We focused on comparing the difference of linear range, detection limit, recovery and RSD and correlation coefficient among the abovementined methods. Meanwhile, the principle, characteristics and application fields of current trends in cyanide detection were emphasized, and the testing results of different methods were compared by the highest 3 standards, including sensitivity, selectivity, and straight forwardness. Finally, the development trend of cyanide quantitative detection method in drug analysis was discussed and the prospect was put forward.
