摘 要:目的:采用响应曲面法优化朱砂根中岩白菜素的最佳工艺条件。方法:在单因素的基础上运用Box-Behnken中心组合设计以提取时间、液固比和提取功率3因素3水平的试验模型,建立回归方程。采用响应曲面法对试验结果进行了分析,对朱砂根中岩白菜素的提取工艺条件进行优化。结果:模拟得到的最佳提取条件:提取时间为41.21 min,液固比为10.14∶1(m L·g^(-1)),提取功率为108.83 W,此时的最大提取率为2.233%。为了便于实际操作,修正条件为:提取时间42 min,液固比为10∶1(m L·g^(-1)),提取功率为109 W,验证试验结果平均提取率为2.318%,与模型预测值较为接近。结论:本文所建立的数学模型精度高(P<0.01),可对朱砂根中岩白菜素超声波提取工艺进行分析和预测。Objective: To optimize the technology for bergenin extraction from the roots of Ardisia crenata. Methods: Based on the single factor test, the three factors of extracting time, solid to liquid ratio, and extracting power were studied by the orthogonal test developed from Box-Behnken central composite test design. Meanwhile, the relative equation was established. Using the response surface method, the result was analyzed and the extracting process was optimized. Results: The optimized conditions were as follows:the extracting time was 41.21 min, solid to liquid ratio was 10.14:1 (mL·g-1), the extrating power was 108.83 W, and the extraction rate was 2.233%. In order to facilitate the practice, the conditions were modified as follows:the extracting time was 42 min, solid to liquid ratio was 10:1 (mL·g-1), and the extracting power was 109 W. The experimental results was verified with an average extraction rate of 2.318%, which was close to the model predicted value. Conclusion: The mathematical model established has high presision (P〈0.01), which can be used to analyze and predict the extraction process of bergenin from Ardisia crenata.
