自拟平喘汤联合桃金娘油治疗慢性支气管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟平喘汤联合桃金娘油治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将108例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规对症治疗结合桃金娘油胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合自拟平喘汤治疗。两组疗程均为7d。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后症状体征积分、血清炎症因子水平变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、肺部啰音积分治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、肺部啰音积分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重用药不良反应。结论自拟平喘汤联合桃金娘油治疗慢性支气管炎疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To observe the effects of self - made Pingchuan decoction combined with Myrtol in treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods 108 cases of chronic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. Control group was given routine symptomatic treatment with Myrtol capsule, observation group received self- made Pingehuan decoction on the basis of control group, both groups were treated for 7d. The clinical effieacies, the changes of symptoms, signs and inflammatory factors in serum before and after treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 96. 30%, higher than 79.63% of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; cough, expectoration, wheezing, pulmonary rales scores of both groups significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, observation group were lower than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; serum TNF-α, IL - 6 and IL - 8 levels of both groups significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, treatment group were lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there were no serious adverse reactions of drugs. Conclusion Self - made Pingehuan decoction combined with Myrtol is is safe and reliable it is effective in treatment of chronic bronchitis.
