中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将90例腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组均给予常规补液、纠正电解质紊乱等西医常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组基础上基础上采用推拿加艾灸治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组症候疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿加艾灸联合西医常规疗法能够有效提高小儿腹泻的治疗有效率,缩短病程,且易于接受,经济方便。Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with moxibustion treatment on infantile diarrhea. Methods 90 case of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups, 45 cases in treatment group were treated with massage combined with moxibustion treatment, 45 cases in control group were treated with western medicine treatment. Both groups were rehydrated routinely, corrected electrolyte disorders and given other symptomatic treatment. Results The comprehensive curative effect of treatment group was： 42 cases were cured, 2 cases had marked effect, 1 case were improved, 0 case had no effect, the total effective rate was 97. 78% ; the compre-hensive curative effect of control group was： 25 cases were cured, 12 cases had marked effect, 6 case were improved, 2 case had no effect, the total effective rate was 82. 22%. The symptomatic curative effect of treatment group was： 39 cases were cured, 4 cases had marked effect, 2 case were improved, 0 case had no effect, the total effective rate was 95. 56% ; the symptomatic curative effect of control group was： 21 cases were cured, 14 cases had marked effect, 8 case were improved, 2 case had no effect, the total effective rate was 77.78%. The clinical curative effect of both groups had significant differences in statistically （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Massage combined with moxibustion has distinct effect in treatment of infantile diarrhea, it can shorten the duration of symptoms and is easy to be accepted for its economic and convenient adventages.
