赤芍承气汤联合多头耳穴电脉冲刺激治疗慢性肝衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结赤芍承气汤联合多头耳穴电脉冲治疗慢性肝衰竭的疗效和护理体会。方法将我院2013年5月-2015年10月收治的60例慢性肝衰竭患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组给予常规西药综合治疗；治疗组在常规西药综合治疗的基础上，给予中药赤芍承气汤水煎剂和耳穴多头电脉冲治疗，疗程l周。治疗1周后比较其治疗前后TBil、ALT、ALB、、PT、PTA变化及症状改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后在治疗前基础上肝功能相关的生化指标及临床症状均得到改善，治疗组治疗后各项变化较对照组显著（P〈0．01）；治疗组治愈率、显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论赤芍承气汤联合多头耳穴电脉，中刺激可有效改善慢性肝衰竭患者肝功能，改善患者的临床症状，提高有效率。Objective To summarize the curative effect and nursing care of Chishao Chengqi decoction combined with auricular point electrode stimulation for patients with chronic liver failure. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic liver failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy; treatment group received Chishao Chengqi decoction combined with auricular point electrode stimulation on the basis of routine western medicine. After 1 week of treatment, contrast the changes of liver function, PT, PTA, and symptom before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the biochemical indicators of liver function, PT, PTA and clinical symptoms in both groups were improved, treatment group was significantly higher than those of control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chishao Chengqi decoction combined with auricular point electrode stimulation can effectively improve the liver function of patients＇ with chronic liver failure, reduce PT, increase PTA, improve the clinical symptoms and signs, thus promoting the efficacy.
