经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效,并借以探讨其治病机理,以便进一步推广此手法。方法对40例膝骨节炎患者行经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法治疗,在治疗前、疗程结束时、疗程结束后1个月进行视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC量表)评分、50行走定时记录并进行比较。结果治疗前后各观察指标相互比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1个月与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1个月与疗程结束时比较,各指标差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,近期疗效明显。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of channels - acupoints dredge combined with painpoint knead dial massage in treatment of knee oste oarthritis （ KOA）, and to discuss its mechanism as well as to promote in clinical application. Methods 40 cases of KOA patients were treated by pain point knead dial massage, and completed the VAS, WOMAC scale and the time of walking 50 steps before treatment, at the end of treatment and l month after treatment respectively. Results All indexes had significant differences measured before and after treatment,while there was no significant differences after treatment and 1 month after treatment. Conclusion The pain point channels - acupoints dredge combined with knead dial massage is effective in treatment of KOA with obvious shortterm effect.
