摘　　要：历代医家多运用柴平汤治疗疟疾,鲜有涉及杂症者。王绪前教授认为柴平汤的主治范围不应局限于"小柴胡汤"和"平胃散"二方功效的简单叠加,还可拓展其外延,用于治疗各种杂症,验之于临床,疗效卓著。在长期跟师学习过程中,分析总结了王师应用柴平汤治疗杂病的验案,深入领悟其使用标准及化裁经验,同时选取治疗腹胀、便秘、胆囊炎、黄疸肝炎的临床验案四则,辅以按语,进一步领会其辨证思想,指导柴平汤的临床使用。The ancient physicians used Chaiping decoction in treatment of malaria frequently, rarely involved in miscellaneous diseases. Professor Wang Xuqian considered that the indications of Chaiping decoction should not be limited to the simple superposition of ＂Xiao Chaihu decoction＂ and ＂Pingwei san＂ , its extension should be expanded to be applicated in treatment of various ailments to reach the remarkable effect in clinical. In the long learning process with Professor Wang, the author analyzed and summarized the application of Chaiping decoction by Professor Wang in treatment of miscellaneous diseases, deeply understood the standard of discretion and experience, and selected 4 case in treatment of abdominal distension, constipation, cholecystitis, jaundice hepatitis, explanations were put to further understand the clinical use of dialectical thinking in order to guide the use of Chaiping decoction.
