摘　　要：银屑病顽固难愈,复发率高,目前发病机制尚不清楚。本文总结了古今中医医家对银屑病病因病机的认识,以期为诊治银屑病提供更多思路。目前关于银屑病病因病机认识繁多,希望能通过系统、科学的整理确立银屑病发病理论规范进一步指导临床诊治。Psoriasis is a stubborn and recurring disease, and its pathogenesis is not completely elucidated. This paper summarizes the understandings by ancient and modern TCM physicians, in order to provide more ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis. Currently, there are many different understandings for the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis, the psoriasis theory with systematic and scientific sorting should be confirmed to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
