摘　　要：解决失地农民再就业问题,有利于促进农民转型和城市化进程,有利于落实科学发展观和群众路线,有利于实现社会和谐与公平正义,有利于全面推进小康社会的建设。随着我国经济和社会的快速发展,工业化、城镇化进程不断加快,我国失地农民群体规模越来越大,解决失地农民再就业问题迫在眉睫。在转变观念、创新理念的基础上,还权赋能,大力发展非农产业,妥善解决失地农民再就业问题,既是解决好失地农民一切问题的关键,也是构建和谐社会、实现公平正义的必然选择。To solve the problem of re-employment of landless peasants is conducive to promoting the transformation of farmers and the process of urbanization, to the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development and the mass line, to the achieve- ment of social harmony and fairness, and to the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. With the rapid de- velopment of China＇s economy and society, the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, and the enlarging size of landless peasants in China, solving the problem of landless peasant re-employment is imminent. On the basis of changing ideas and innovating ideas, giving back the right, developing non-agricultural industries vigorously and solving the problem of landless peasant re-employment properly is the key to deal with all the problems of landless peasants, build a h.armonious society, and realize the fairness of the inevitable choice as well.
