摘　　要：【目的】调查和比较国内外几种同行评议的回报模式,为国内期刊对评审专家所给予的回报提出一些建议,以期能激励专家的评审行为,并提升期刊的同行评议进程。【方法】调研了国内外期刊为专家提供同行评议回报的相关文献。【结果】各种回报模式有其自身特性,都可以较好地激发专家评审的积极性,其中知识回报和精神回报可能更能得到专家的青睐。【结论】期刊需采取措施促进自身发展,来尽力发挥精神回报和知识回报对专家的激励作用,同时国家应出台一些措施来肯定专家在同行评议中的贡献,促使专家为期刊提供更好更优质的评审服务,促进期刊的发展。[Purposes] This paper investigates and compares the rewards models of domestic and foreign journal peer review s,and puts forw ard some suggestions on rewards for the domestic journals in order to inspire experts＇ review behavior and improve peer review process of the journal. [Methods]This paper surveyed related documents about rewards of peer review given by journals for experts at home and abroad. [Findings]All rewards have their own characteristics,and can motivate the peer review initiative of the experts. The knowledge rewards and spiritual rewards may be more favored by experts. [Conclusions] Journals need to take some measures to promote their own development in order to give full play to the incentives of spirit rewards and knowledge rewards for experts. And then,some measures should be introduced by the government to affirm the contribution of experts in peer review,prompting experts to provide better quality review services for journals and promoting the development of periodicals.
