摘　　要：【目的】一篇科技期刊论文从撰写到出版,作者使用Word来撰投,编辑部使用方正书版软件进行编辑和排版,论文需要在两个系统间转换,浪费作者和编辑很多时间和精力。方便作者撰稿,提高编辑的工作效率。【方法】基于现有的LaTeX文档类和宏包设计一个LaTeX模板,实现论文格式和内容分开管理,作者和编辑使用同一LaTeX模板来编辑和排版论文。【结果】LaTeX模板可以让作者和编辑完全不用关心期刊格式要求,有更多精力去提高论文内容的质量。【结论】作者和编辑使用LaTeX模板来排版中文科技期刊论文,可节省论文的撰写时间,提高编辑的编排校一体化工作效率,缩短科技期刊论文的出版周期,提升出版质量。[Purposes] From the writing to the publishing of a scientific journal paper,the author uses the Word processor to prepare for submission,but the editor uses a different typesetting program named Founder Bookmaker to edit and structure the paper for publication. The paper has to be converted betw een these tw o programs,and this is a huge waste of time and energy for both writers and editors. This paper aims to provide convenience to authors for preparing a paper and improve the work efficiency of editors. [Methods] A LaTeX template was designed by the existing LaTeX document class and packages,it effectively separated the layout from contents,then authors and editors are able to prepare and structure the paper with the same template. [Findings]The LaTeX template can make both authors and editors free of the requirement of journal formats,so that they can pay more attention to improving the quality of paper contents. [Conclusions] Both authors and editors use the LaTeX template to typeset the Chinese scientific journal papers. The time for author preparing is reduced,and the work efficiency of the integration of editing,typesetting and proofreading is increased. As a result,the publication period of Chinese scientific journal is shortened,and the publication quality is improved.
