社会信用体系建设视角下的信用成本博弈机制研究

摘　　要：中央提出的"着力加强供给侧结构性改革"方案中,最重要的一条就是"帮助企业降低成本",而信用成本不仅是构成企业成本的重要部分,更是影响中小企业"融资难、融资贵"问题的主要因素。加强和完善社会信用体系建设,是有效降低企业的信用成本,解决"融资难、融资贵"问题的重要举措。从社会信用体系建设视角,分析研究社会信用体系建设与信用成本的相互关系,以及社会信用体系建设降低信用成本的博弈机制,对完善社会信用体系建设、降低信用成本、提高经济效率等问题提出一些建议和思考。The most important of all the programs that Central Committee states ＂taking efforts to strengthen the supply-side structural reform＂ is to help enterprises to reduce costs. Credit cost is not only an important part of the enterprise costs, but also the main factor that affects SMEs＇ financing difficulties and high financing cost. Strengthening and improving the construction of social credit system is an important measure to effectively reduce the credit cost of enterprises, and solve the ＂financing difficulties and highfinancing cost＂. From the perspective of social credit system construction, a research is conducted on the relation between the construction of social credit system and the cost of credit, and on the game mechanism ofthe construction of social credit system and the reduction of the credit cost. The paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the construction ofsocial credit system, reducing credit cost and raisingeconomic efficiency.
