摘  要:后危机时代以来,全球的主要经济体提出各自的再工业计划,旨在推动第四次工业革命,我国面对新常态也相应提出"中国制造2025"战略。商业银行面对新环境、新机遇和新挑战,如何实现自身转型?通过对历次工业革命进行内涵解读,进一步分析商业银行转型的内外动力,在此基础上构建SWOT模型从"优势—劣势—机会—威胁"四个维度对此进行全方位分析。结论表明,在中国制造2025战略下,商业银行转型利大于弊,理当利用此机遇实现自身转型。Since the post-crisis era, the major economies in the world have put forward their own re-industrial plans, aiming to promote the fourth industrial revolution. Facing the new normal state of the Chinese economy, China also proposed" China manufacturing 2025" strategy. Confronted with the new environment, new opportunities and new challenges, how can the commercial banks achieve their own transformation? Through an interpretation of the connotations of the previous industrial revolutions, further analysis is made on the internal and external drives for the transformation of commercial banks. Hence the SWOT model from four dimensions, i. e. strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, is established to make a comprehensive analysis. The conclusion shows that with the China manufacturing 2025 strategy, the advantages ofthe transformation of commercial banks should outweigh the disadvantages, and that it' s an opportunity for commercial banks to achieve their own transformation.
