摘  要:主要研究不同的热处理温度对690合金性能和碳化析出物的影响。结果表明,热处理温度显著影响690合金力学性能和碳化析出物数量。合金中的富铬碳化物含量随热处理温度的升高而逐渐减少,在1050℃~1100℃进行固溶处理时,碳化物全部溶解。随着热处理温度的升高,合金的室温抗拉强度和屈服强度分别从684MPa和289MPa降至542MPa和181MPa,而延伸率由53.5%提高至63.5%。In order to obtains the proper organization and the mechanical properties, this paper mainly studies the influence of different heat treatment on the structure and mechanical properties of Inconel 690 alloy. The results show that the heat treatment exhibits an obvious effect on the structure and mechanical properties of Inconel 690 alloy. The content of carbide is reduced with the increase of temperature and the chromium-rich carbide can be dissolved at the temperatures of 1050-1100℃. With increasing heat treatment, the ambient tensile and yield strength of alloy decrease respectively from 684MPa, 289MPa to 542MPa and 181MPa ,while the elongation of alloy increases from 53.5% to 63.5%.
