摘 要:针对锻造状态的焊丝用HR3C钢材进行了热处理工艺试验和金相组织分析。研究表明,钢中存在少量残留枝晶和大量棒状Z相析出,会使钢材的热加工性能和力学性能降低。对HR3C钢样品进行不同固溶热处理,发现会产生颗粒状Nb(C,N)析出。通过对晶粒尺寸和析出物数量、尺寸、分布进行比较,在1200℃保温1h,HR3C钢中棒状Z相充分固溶,晶粒尺寸适当,残留Nb(C,N)较少且颗粒细小、分散。The heat treatment experiment was implemented on forged HR3C steel using for welding wire, of which the microstructure was also analyzed. The existence of a small amount of dendrite crystal and plenty of rodlike Z-phase in the material may degrade the performance of hot-working characters and mechanical properties. With solid solution beat treatment, the Nb(C,N) particle was precipitated at the same time. Comparing grain size, quantity, size, distribution of precipitate, it was indicated that the process under 1 200℃/lh heat treatment could get better materials, of which the grain size was appropriate, the Z- phase in forged steel dissolved back, and only a little of tiny, dispersive Nb(C,N) particle existed.
