摘  要:整体化成形高性能、高质量的屏蔽套是我国核电装备自主化制造急需解决的重大问题。通过有限元数值模拟的方法,针对薄壁筒旋压中的端部形变不稳定现象(扩口现象)的产生机理进行分析,研究壁厚及起旋位置对筒形件旋压中扩口高度的影响规律。分析结果表明,增加壁厚和使起旋位置远离端口时,扩口高度降低。提出了抑制端部扩径现象的工艺端口结构,并通过旋压成形实验进行验证。实验结果表明,增加合理的工艺端口结构可以有效抑制端部的扩径高度,提高旋压构件的整体刚度。Holistic forming high-performance and high-quality shielding sleeve is a major issue to be resolved urgently in independent manufacturing of China's nuclear power equipment. The mechanism of flaring for spinning thin-walled tube was analyzed by finite element simulation,and the influences of the wall thickness and start-spinning position on flaring height were researched. The analysis result shows that when the wall thickness increases and the start-spinning position is far away from the end,the flaring height decreases. Furthermore,the craft port structure to restrain the ends expanding is proposed and verified by spinning experiment. The results show that the suitable craft port structure can effectively restrain the flaring height of the end portion and can improve the overall stiffness of the spinning component.
