摘 要:轴瓦冷辗成形是毛坯材料在外载荷作用下所经历的非稳态、非线性的塑性变形。为了进一步探究轴瓦冷辗成形中金属塑性变形机理,在ABAQUS平台下建立滑动轴承轴瓦径向冷辗成形的三维有限元模型,对QAl10-4-4轴瓦的冷辗过程进行数值模拟,分析了冷辗过程中轴瓦的塑性变形规律及成形特点,并在精密冷辗环机上进行了冷辗试验。结果显示:冷辗过程中,轴瓦塑性变形从内、外表面向中间层移动,且较大等效应变出现在内、外表面处,中间区域等效应变较小,冷辗成形的模拟结果和理论研究相吻合;试验所得轴瓦尺寸精度为0.05 mm,内、外表面的圆度为0.03 mm、表面粗糙度为0.8μm,轴瓦成形质量较好。Bearing bush cold rolling is an unsteady and nonlinear plastic deformation of the blank material under external loads. In order to further explore metal plastic deformation mechanism of the bearing bush cold rolling,three-dimensional finite element model of cold rolling for radial sliding bearing bush was set up by ABAQUS,and the process of cold rolling of QAl10- 4- 4 bearing bush was numerically simulated. Then,the plastic deformation rule and forming characteristics of bearing were analyzed,and the experiment of cold rolling was carried out on the precision cold rolling machine. The results show that in the cold rolling process,the bearing shell plastic deformation moves from inner surface and outer surface towards middle layer,and a larger equivalent strain locates at the inner surface and outer surface,while smaller equivalent strain locates at the middle area. The simulated result is consistent with the theoretical research. The bearing bush forming quality is better with size precision 0. 05 mm,inner and outer surface roundness 0. 03 mm and surface roughness0. 8 μm.
