摘 要:氯化挥发是一种重要的火法冶金方法,以其特有的优点被广泛应用于冶金生产中.氯化挥发常用于提高金属矿品位、冶金废料综合利用和精炼粗金属等方面,冶金手段包括氯化焙烧和氯化精炼2种.文中在介绍氯化挥发应用的基础上,对"固-固"、"固-气"和"固-液"3种体系的氯化挥发机理研究进行归纳,同时对比分析了气体氯化剂和固体氯化剂的反应机理.通过总结前人的研究成果和进展,讨论氯化挥发的冶金优势和不足之处,以期为后续的研究提供帮助和指导.Abstrct: Chloridizing volatilization is one important method of pyrometallurgy, which is widely used in metal-lurgical production for its unique advantages, such as improving the grade of metal ores, recycleing metallurgi-cal waste and removing metal impurities, etc. There are two kinds of methods for chloridizing volatilization:chloridizing roasting and chloridizing refining. Applications of chloridizing volatilization were introduced and reaction mechanisms of three systems ("solid-gas"/ "solid-solid"/ "solid-liquid") were discussed. Reaction mechanisms of gas and solid chloridizing agents were also compared and analyzed. Advantages and disadvan-tages of chlorinating volatilization were summarized by summarizing the previous research results and progress of predecessors in order to provide help for the subsequent research.
