无铅压电KNNST-BKZ/Metglas层状复合材料的制备及其磁电耦合性能

摘  要:利用固态反应法合成了压电性能优异的KNNST-BKZ无铅压电陶瓷.将该陶瓷与高磁导率材料Metglas复合,制备了L-T模式的KNNST-BKZ/Metglas磁电复合材料.研究结果表明,该材料的磁电耦合系数随偏置直流磁场增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,最优的偏置直流磁场仅为16.37Oe,为实际应用提供了极大的便利;输出电压随交变磁场大小呈线性变化的趋势;在最优的偏置磁场下,磁电耦合系数显示出很好的频率响应特性,谐振频率下的磁电耦合系数达到7.85V/cm·Oe.本研究表明无铅KNNST-BKZ/Metglas层状复合材料不仅环境友好且具有很高的磁电耦合性能,在磁电传感器及能量转换器等领域具有良好的应用前景.The lead-free KNNST-BKZ piezoelectric ceramic with excellent piezoelectric properties is prepared by solid state reaction.This piezoelectric ceramic slide is composited with Metglas of high permeability to form a lead-free KNNST-BKZ/Metglas of magnetoelectric composite in L-T mode.This research demonstrate that the magnetoelectric coupling coefficient initially increases and then decreases with the increase of bias DC magnetic field.The optimal bias DC magnetic field was only 16.37 Oe,which is easy to providing practical applications.The output voltage of the composite shows linear changing trends with the alternating magnetic field.In the optimal bias of DC magnetic field,the magnetoelectric coefficient shows a good frequency response characteristics and the magnetoelectric coupling coefficient reaches up to 7.85V/cm·Oe at the resonant frequency.The study shows that the lead-free KNNST-BKZ/Metglas laminated composites is not only environment friendly but also having prospects in magnetic sensor and energy converter.
