冠心病并牙周炎病人龈沟液中Rho激酶检测及意义

摘  要:目的探讨Rho激酶在冠心病和牙周炎发生发展中的作用,以及冠心病与牙周炎的关系。方法选取入住我院的冠心病病人58例、冠状动脉造影证实无冠心病病人57例,经口腔科牙周检查,其中确诊为冠心病并牙周炎病人30例、单纯冠心病病人28例、单纯牙周炎病人30例及健康对照27例。采集受检者龈沟液,应用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测龈沟液中Rho激酶水平。结果冠心病并牙周炎病人龈沟液中Rho激酶水平显著升高,冠心病和牙周炎对病人龈沟液中Rho激酶的表达有协同交互作用(F=6.309,P<0.05)。结论牙周炎可能通过激活Rho激酶引发冠心病。Objective To explore the role of Rho-kinase in coronary heart disease(CHD)and periodontitis,and investigate the relationship between CHD and periodontitis. Methods This study consisted of 58 CHD patients,and 57 patients with non-CHD confirmed by coronary arteriography.Of whom,through periodontal examination,30 were confirmed suffering from CHD and periodontitis,28 with simple CHD,30 with simple periodontitis,and 27 were healthy controls.Gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)was collected,and Rho-kinase level in the fluid was detected using ELISA. Results The Rho-kinase level in GCF of CHD patients with periodontitis was significantly higher,CHD and periodontitis had interaction with the expression of Rho-kinase in GCF(F=6.309,P〈0.05). Conclusion It is probably that periodontitis may cause coronary heart disease by way of activating Rho-kinase.
