集中式出院健康教育在心内科病人中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨集中式出院健康教育模式在心内科出院病人中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取888例即将出院的心内科住院病人。450例为试验组,给予集中式出院健康教育。438例作为对照组,给予常规健康教育。比较两种健康教育方式下病人知识的知晓率、对护士工作满意度以及护士所用人力成本及表扬率情况。结果试验组病人出院知识知晓率高于对照组（χ^2=12.992,P〈0.05）;对护士工作满意度高于对照组（χ^2=11.401,P〈0.05）;试验组病人人均应用护士时间短于对照组（t=3.718,P〈0.05）;试验组护士表扬率高于对照组（χ^2=49.514,P〈0.05）。结论集中式健康教育方式可提高病人知识知晓率及满意度,节省护士健康教育用时,提高护士表扬率,从而使护患双方都受益。Objective To assess the effectiveness of applying centralized discharge health education（CDHE）mode in patients discharge from department of cardiology. Methods Applying simple sampling method,888 patients to be discharged from department of cardiology were selected,of whom,450 patients served in the experiment group,CDHE was given;and 438 served as controls,received routine health education.Under the two health education modes,the health knowledge awareness,the satisfaction with nurse＇s work,the manpower cost and praise rate were compared. Results The awareness rate on discharge knowledge of patients in experiment group was higher than that in the control group（χ^2=12.992,P〈0.05）;the satisfaction with nurse work was also higher（χ^2=11.401,P〈0.05）.Patients in the experiment group used less time of nurses than that in the controls（t=3.718,P〈0.05）.The praise rate for nurses in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group（χ^2=49.514,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Centralized discharge health education model improves patient＇s knowledge awareness and degree of satisfaction,save the time of nurses spending on health education,boost praise rate for nurses,and thus benefit to both patients and nurses.
