不同小麦日粮对肉仔鸡肌肉发育的影响

摘　　要：试验选用出生重相近的艾维茵肉仔鸡公雏240只，随机分为3组，每组4个重复，每个重复20只鸡，对照组为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组日粮为含有营养水平相近，但水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖（WSAX）含量不同的两种小麦日粮，试验为期42d。在试验期第28d和42d分别于每组随机抽取12只肉鸡，每个重复3只，解剖后，取胸肌、腿肌，测定胸肌率和腿肌率；于第14、21、28、35、42d取胸肌样制作石蜡切片，HE染色，显微观察并拍照。测定胸肌纤维直径、密度。结果显示：小麦组肉鸡胸肌率和腿肌率与玉米组相比差异不显著（P〉0．05）；试验组肌纤维密度和直径都趋向降低，在21-42日龄小麦组与对照组相比，肌纤维密度显著降低（P〈0．05），但小麦组间差异不显著（P〉0．05）；小麦组肌纤维直径与玉米组相比呈降低趋势，在21～42日龄时，试验Ⅱ组的肌纤维直径显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组（P〈0．05）。A total of 240 AA male chickens were randomly divided into for 3 groups with 4 replicates of per 20 repeated, the control group was fed with corn soybean basal diet. The experimental group Ⅱ muscle fiber diameter was significantly lower than that of the control group and the experimental group Ⅰ （P〈0.05）.
