摘 要:研究了应用铋磷钼蓝分光光度法测定氮化硅铁中磷元素含量的分析方法.试样采用氢氟酸、硝酸在160 ℃加压消解,以高氯酸冒烟氧化磷并除去硅,然后进行显色测定.对试样分解方法、高氯酸冒烟、显色条件、干扰消除等进行了试验研究,确定了最佳分析条件.最后采用标准样品对该方法进行了验证,并进行了回收率试验.结果表明,该方法在测量范围0.01 %-0.10 %内的标准偏差小于0.000 5 %,回收率为99.0 %-102.2 %.A method for determination of phosphorus in ferrosilicon nitride by bismuth phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometric method was investigated.The sample was dissolved by mixed nitronic acid and hydrofluoric acid in pressure at 160 ℃,and the phosphorus in the solution was oxidized and silicon was removed by smoking with the perchloric acid.Then the solution was colored and determined by spectrophotometric method.Some condition experiments were done, which include decomposition method of sample, smoking with the perchloric acid, coloring conditions, interference eliminating method, and the optimal conditions were obtained.To confirm this method, some standard samples of ferrosilicon nitride were detected by the method and a recovery test was also done.Results show that SD was lower than 0.000 5 % in the measurement range of 0.01 % to 0.10 %, and the recovery was between 99.0 % and 102.2 %.
