高强合金化镀锌板表面山水画缺陷分析与控制

摘  要:通过采用扫描电镜(SEM)、辉光放电光谱(GDS)等分析方法对HC420LAD+ZF合金化镀锌板表面山水画缺陷进行分析。结果表明,HC420LAD+ZF合金化镀锌板在热轧粗轧过程中其表面形成大量含Si氧化物,粗轧工序第1,3,5道次除鳞及冷轧酸洗工序都不能有效去除该氧化物。镀锌合金化过程中残留在基板表面的含Si氧化物阻止了Fe-Zn相互扩散,形成疏松合金层,最终表现为表面山水画缺陷。热轧过程采用全道次除鳞能有效去除含Si,Mn氧化物,镀锌后获得均匀致密合金化组织,消除了HC420LAD+ZF合金化镀锌板表面山水画缺陷。Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and glow discharge spectrum (GDS) were used to analyze the landscape painting like defects on the HC420LAD+ZF alloying galvanized plates.Results show that during hot rolling process of the HC420LAD+ZF plates, many Si-rich oxides formed on the surface.The oxides can not be eliminated by water descaling of 1st, 3rd, and 5th pass during rough rolling process, as well as by acid picking during cold rolling process.The oxides left on the surface could restrain the diffusion between iron and zinc, and porous alloyed layer formed.Finally, the landscape painting like defects appeared on the plates.Water descaling in all passes during hot rolling process could effectively eliminate Si-rich and Mn-rich oxides, dense and equally distributed alloyed microstructure could be obtained after galvanizing, therefore landscape painting like defects on the surface of HC420LAD+ZF plates could be eliminated.
