摘  要:介绍了武钢CSP连铸漏钢预报系统(BPS)的构成、原理和应用情况。针对该系统在实际生产过程中存在的问题,进行了相应参数优化,有效控制了该厂薄板坯铸机的粘连漏钢事故,使粘连漏钢率由2013年前的0.103%降低至2015年的0.012%,提高了生产效率,降低了漏钢造成的事故成本。Structure, mechanism and application of breakout prediction system (BPS) of continuous casting process in CSP of WISCO were introduced.The parameters of BPS were optimized to resolve the issues generated during practical applying process, then the sticking-type breakout was effectively under control in the CSP plant.Sticking-type breakout rate decreased from 0.103 % before 2014 to 0.012% in 2015, production efficiency was improved and the cost for breakout was greatly reduced.
