摘　　要：按照日本建筑工程液压油JCMAS HK规格P044方法要求,建立Komatsu HPV35+35台架,并进行液压油试验研究,采用间歇式压力加载和高油温工况条件,比较油品的抗磨性能、抗氧化性能,并对油样进行理化分析与讨论。JCMAS HK规格要求液压油满足现代移动式建筑机械液压系统的使用要求,能够在工作压力超过34.3 MPa以及油温100℃的液压系统中使用。Komatsu HPV35 ＋ 35 test bench was established in accordance with the P044 method of Japan Construction Mechanization Association Standard（JCMAS）,and the evaluation test of hydraulic fluid was studied.In the conditions of intermittent pressure loading and high oil temperature,the anti-wear performance and oxidation resistance of hydraulic fluid were compared,physicochemical properties of oil sample were analyzed and discussed also.JCMAS HK specification hydraulic oil,which could meet the use requirement in the hydraulic system of modern mobile construction machinery,could be used in the hydraulic system on the working condition of pressure exceeded 34.3 MPa and 100 ℃ oil temperature.
